*This course will be working on a group performance to be performed at the Newcomers Night Showcase at the end of term.
You do not have to participate in the show, and may only join the course for the practice and fun, but please note that this course will be focused on performance.

  • By registering to our courses you agree to the codes of conduct as well as the regulations that are stated below. 

    The regulations are set up to ensure that registration and payment are mutually secure for both parties, and that it will be as predictable as possible for our teachers and management at the Oslo School of Burlesque. ​

    Terms of Sale

    • 1. Introduction:
      Welcome to the Oslo School of Burlesque. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • 2. Enrollment and Payment:
      All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
      Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

    • 3. Cancellation and Refunds:
      Cancellations due to illness made within 14 days of the course start date are eligeble to a 50% refund with provided medical documents.
      When purchasing dance courses, the Right of Withdrawal Act does not apply as it does when purchasing goods. Registration is binding unless otherwise agreed. Chapter 6 §22 (m) of the Right of Withdrawal Act lists exceptions to the right of withdrawal when purchasing/ordering certain goods and services: "Provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering and services related to leisure activities when the contract stipulates a specific date or period of time for the performance of such services".

    • 4. Course Changes and Cancellations by Oslo School of Burlesque:
      We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
      Should the main instructor be prevented from leading the course, for example in the event of illness or other unforeseen events, a qualified substitute will be hired to maintain the continuity of teaching. We make sure that the substitute is well acquainted with the course content and has the right expertise, so that the goals of the courseplan is followed. Should this not be possible to acheive, then the class will be offered at another date within reasonable time.
      In the event of a course cancellation by us, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

    • 5. Code of Conduct:
      Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students and adhere to the schools code of conduct.Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.

    • 6. Liability:
      Oslo School of Burlesque is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property during the course.
      Participants are advised to have their own insurance coverage.

    • 7. Intellectual Property:
      All course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

    • 8. Privacy Policy:
      Personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for course administration and will not be shared with third parties.
