Our open casting for the Spring 2026 shows is now closed, but Kiki’s Burly Q is always excited to hear from performers who are interested in working with us. You’re welcome to send an open application for future consideration. We’ll add you to our performer registry and reach out if a suitable spot becomes available.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Burlesque artists (classic, neo, nerdlesque, comedy, conceptual, etc.)

• Drag performers (queens, kings, things, creatures, hybrids; All genders and expressions)

• Variety & cabaret performers (sideshow, dance, circus, musical acts, character acts)

• New talent looking to expand their stage experience

• Established performers wanting to join our lineup

• If you bring artistry, personality, and a spark - We want you!

What to Send Us:

• A short bio (tell us who you are, and what you've previously done)

• Photos (promo or performance)

• Video link: Ideally of the act(s) you want to perform. If not, send something that shows your performance style. If you have multiple links, please add them in the Act Description part

• Act description (concept, vibe, what to expect)

• Tech needs (what is your music, lighting notes, props, etc.)

We prioritize safe, fair, and transparent working conditions. By valuing performers’ time, labor, and artistry, we aim to contribute to a more sustainable and financially stable future for burlesque and drag as both community and industry.

Compensation

We offer a minimum guarantee of 700 NOK per night. The surplus is distributed evenly across all performers and crew. You will need to invoice us after your performance.

Practical Notes:

• Age limit: 18+

• Travel stipend available upon request 

• Please note: the venue has limited accessibility due to stairs down to the performance space.

• Safety & venue rules: – No fire – No fully nude bodies – No liquids or spills on stage (confetti is OK)​
